By booking a service, visiting AutoBlastSD.com (“Website”), or otherwise engaging with AutoBlastSD (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or services.
2. Services Provided
We provide professional automotive detailing services, including but not limited to:
- Exterior & interior detailing
- Paint correction & enhancement
- Ceramic coating applications
- Engine bay cleaning
- Odor removal
- Headlight restoration
Service availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.
3. Bookings & Appointments
- Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person.
- Some services require a deposit to secure your booking.
- If we are unable to perform your service due to weather, unsafe working conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, we may reschedule at our discretion.
- Customers must provide accurate details about their vehicle’s condition (e.g., excessive pet hair, mold, excessive dirt, overspray, or smoke odor). Additional charges may apply for extra labor or specialized cleaning.
4. Vehicle Condition & Liability
- We will document the condition of your vehicle before starting work, including pre-existing scratches, dents, stains, or other defects.
- While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, we are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, rust, faulty paintwork, or loose/missing trim.
- We do not guarantee the complete removal of all stains, odors, scratches, or defects, especially if they are deeply embedded or permanent.
5. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
- Payments are due in full upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods listed on our Website.
- All online payments are processed through secure third-party providers; we do not store full card details.
6. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
- “No-show” appointments will result in a forfeited deposit and may require prepayment for future bookings.
- Refunds for completed services will only be issued if the service was not performed as agreed and at our sole discretion.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Remove all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before service. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
- Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed time and location.
- Disclose any aftermarket modifications, sensitive electronics, or mechanical issues that could affect the service.
8. Warranty on Services
- Ceramic coatings and paint protection services include a maintenance guide; warranty coverage applies only if care instructions are followed.
- Failure to maintain the coating or use improper cleaning methods may void the warranty.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on AutoBlastSD.com — including text, images, logos, and service descriptions — is owned by AutoBlastSD or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
- AutoBlastSD is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
